Do I pay shipping both ways?
Yes. Each trader is responsible for paying shipping to Trading Hollow and for return shipping once the trade is complete.
This ensures both parties have full control and tracking for their packages.
To make things easier, Trading Hollow can provide prepaid shipping labels — you’ll just cover the shipping cost through us when you set up your trade.
How long does the process take?
Processing time depends mainly on how you ship your cards to us.
Once your package arrives at Trading Hollow, we typically complete verification and shipment within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive updates throughout the process so you always know where your trade stands.
Can I cancel a trade?
Yes, you can cancel a trade as long as it’s before the trade is completed, so it’s best to cancel before your cards are delivered to Trading Hollow. There Also Will Be a 5 $ Charge If Canceled.
Once verification starts, cancellations may not be possible.
What happens if the cards don’t match the pictures or descriptions?
If a card arrives in a different condition than described — such as having damage not shown in photos — we’ll immediately reach out to both traders.
Together, we’ll decide whether to proceed with the trade or return the cards.
Our goal is to make sure both traders are treated fairly and leave satisfied with every trade.
