Refund & Return Policy
At The Trading Hollow, we act as a trusted middleman verification service to ensure every trade between collectors is handled safely, securely, and transparently.
Because we do not sell or manufacture any products directly, our policy differs from a typical store.
No Returns or Refunds
All trades facilitated through The Trading Hollow are final once both traders have confirmed their approval.
Since each trade involves personal property exchanged between two individuals, returns and refunds are not available once verification is complete.
Trade Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel a trade as long as it’s before your cards are delivered to The Trading Hollow.
Once we begin verification, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
If a cancellation is approved, a $5 cancellation fee will apply.
This fee covers the time, handling, and administrative costs associated with preparing and processing your trade.
Cancellation fees must be paid before cards are returned.
Damaged or Misrepresented Cards
If a card arrives in a condition that does not match the photos or description provided, we will contact both traders.
From there, both parties can decide whether to continue, modify, or cancel the trade.
The Trading Hollow will mediate communication to ensure a fair and transparent resolution.
Processing Times
Processing times depend primarily on shipping speed.
Once your cards arrive at The Trading Hollow, they are typically verified, documented, and shipped back within 1–2 business days.
You will receive updates throughout the process so you always know where your trade stands.
